In accordance with the UK Distance Selling of Goods (November 2000) Act, we will honour the return (in the original condition and at your cost) within 28 days of receipt of any item ordered from us.

You will then be credited with the cost of that item (less any costs incurred for any packaging and postage) within 14 days of our receipt* of the returned goods.

Please ensure your name, address and original date of ordering are included in any returns, along with photocopies of any packing / invoices.
